Ordering Information


What is the best way to purchase products from Copper Creek Creations Sewing Emporium?
In order to maintain our quality service, we require all web site store orders to be processed through our online secure shopping cart. We do not accept phone, email, fax or snail mail orders.



Will you confirm my order before shipping?
Yes, you will receive a computer generated order confirmation via the email address you have supplied during your checkout process. Please note, depending on your email spam filter settings, the confirmation email may end up in your spam mailbox or may not get delivered at all. Please contact us at info@coppercreekcreations.com if you do not receive a confirmation.  



I prefer to see the fabric before I buy it. Can I visit your store?
We are an online store only and do not have an operational retail location. But if you live in the Phoenix, AZ area, you may be able to visit our booth at many boutiques, markets and events throughout the East Valley area. Please check our calendar of events page to see our upcoming schedule.



Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately we do not take orders or ship internationally. Only orders with a confirmed US postal address will be processed.




Payment Information


How do I pay for my online order?
We use PayPal for all of our online order payments. You have the ability to use major credit cards, as well as your debit card or bank account when making payments through PayPal.



Is my credit card information secure?
PayPal has a long proven history as one of the safest secure methods for payment processing. Best of all, we at Copper Creek Creations never see your private credit card or bank account information, because it is safely secured with PayPal.



Do you accept checks or money orders?
No, we only accept payments through PayPal. You have the ability to use your debit card or bank account when making payments through PayPal.


Is my credit card charged at the time of check out?
We have our shopping cart set up so it does not automatically charge your account. As a safeguard for you, we do not authorize payment until your order is processed and packaged for shipping, which normally takes 24 to 48 hours. We strive to keep an adequate stock of items on hand, but occasionally we do get numerous orders for the same items and run out of stock. By not charging your account until we have packaged your order, it gives us the opportunity to contact you and make whatever changes are necessary without the added stress of dealing with overcharges or account credits.



Order Processing and Shipping Information


How long will it take to receive my order?
We pledge to process your order as quickly as possible.  Orders usually will be shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours upon our receipt of your order. Of course there are always exceptions, some of which would be orders made during the weekend, on holidays or when we are on vacation. We will notify you immediately if for some reason your order cannot be shipped within our normal timeframes. Delivery time once your order is shipped depends on your location and can take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days. You will be notified with tracking numbers when we ship your order.


Do you charge extra fees for handling and packing orders?
No we do not charge any extra fees. We charge only the flat rate shipping which is based on the total dollar amount of your order as listed under our shipping policy.



How do you normally ship orders?
We use the USPS flat rate shipping for all of our orders and provide tracking numbers for your shipment.



What are your shipping fees?
Our shipping fees are based on the total dollar amount of your order as outlined below. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $250. 

Orders totaling:
   $    .01 to  $25.00   shipping fee is  $ 5.50 
   $25.01 to  $80.00   shipping fee is  $11.00
   $80.01 to $140.00   shipping fee is  $15.00 
  $140.01 to $250.00  shipping fee is $25.00
  All orders over $250 shipping is FREE.


Do you offer shipping insurance?
All orders over $25 are automatically insured with delivery tracking numbers. You must request insurance for orders under $25. We are not responsible for uninsured packages lost by the USPS.




Returns & Refunds Information


Can I return my products? What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the nature of our products. Please make your choices wisely. Take into consideration that colors may appear differently depending on your monitor resolution. Keep in mind we consider all fabric orders as special orders, due to the fact that all of our fabrics are custom cut off the bolt specifically for your order. Patterns, books, notions and DVD/CD are not returnable.



What if I ordered the wrong color, size or more fabric than I need?
Please make your order choices wisely. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. It is important to realize that colors vary due to differences in computer monitors, please take this into account when trying to closely match colors for your project. We have done our best to list the sizes of our products as accurately as possible using the information provided to us by the suppliers and manufacturers. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions regarding the specifics of any item on our website.



What do I do if my order is incorrect or damaged when it arrives?
The staff at Copper Creek Creations Sewing Emporium carefully verifies every order before it is shipped. We have an order inspection process in which every order, including custom cut fabrics, are double quality checked for accuracy and fabrication flaws. A copy of the inspections sheet is included with your order, as well as attached to our customer order files. If you do find a problem when you receive your order, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
